By accessing or using the PEPS+ website (the "Site"), placing an order, or purchasing any product from PEPS+ Research Peptide Supply ("PEPS+," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Buyer," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase any products from us.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PEPS+. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ALL products sold by PEPS+ are intended strictly and exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study by qualified researchers, scientists, and licensed professionals. By purchasing any product from PEPS+, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• 1All products are sold for research purposes ONLY and are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of human or veterinary use.
• 2You will not use any product purchased from PEPS+ on or in any human or animal subject.
• 3You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional with the appropriate knowledge, training, and facilities to handle research-grade compounds safely and legally.
• 4You assume full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased from PEPS+.
• 5You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals.
• 6Products are not to be resold for human use or repackaged for consumer sale under any circumstances.

WARNING: Misuse of research peptides can result in serious injury or death. PEPS+ explicitly prohibits the use of any product for purposes other than legitimate scientific research.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Site or purchase any products. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service to anyone we believe may be under 18.

The statements made within this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA"). The products offered by PEPS+ are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PEPS+ is not a pharmaceutical company, compounding pharmacy, or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. PEPS+ is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

All products are sold as research chemicals only. No information on this Site should be construed as medical advice, clinical guidance, or endorsement of any particular use of any compound.

Nothing on this Site, including product descriptions, scientific references, research summaries, or any other content, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. PEPS+ does not employ licensed medical professionals in any advisory capacity related to product use. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions. Reliance on any information provided on this Site is solely at your own risk.

PEPS+ makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and purity data. All purity claims are based on third-party high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request for all products.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary. We reserve the right to modify product formulations, dosages, or specifications without prior notice, provided that any such changes are accurately reflected in updated product listings.

While we strive for complete accuracy, PEPS+ does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of any discrepancy between a product listing and the actual product, the COA shall govern.

By placing an order with PEPS+, you represent that you are authorized to purchase research chemicals under applicable law and that all information you provide in connection with the order is accurate and complete.

PEPS+ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that we believe are placed for non-research purposes, orders from prohibited jurisdictions, or orders flagged for fraud.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

PEPS+ ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $250 or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to standard shipping fees displayed at checkout.

All packages are shipped in standard, professional packaging appropriate for research laboratory supplies. PEPS+ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, PEPS+ is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the importation, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction. PEPS+ assumes no liability for orders seized, delayed, or rejected by any governmental authority.

Due to the nature of research chemical products and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

In the event that you receive a product that is demonstrably defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, you must contact us at legal@pepsplus.com within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and your order number. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified defective or incorrectly shipped items.

We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPS+ AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM US.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPS+'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PEPS+ IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PEPS+, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or any products purchased from PEPS+; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (e) any misuse of products for purposes other than legitimate scientific research.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of PEPS+ or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

We collect information you provide when placing orders or contacting us, including name, address, email, and payment information. This information is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your purchases.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers) as necessary to fulfill your order. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against PEPS+.

Arbitration Opt-Out: You may opt out of the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions above by sending written notice to legal@pepsplus.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Site or first purchase. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

PEPS+ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
